It had very central location close to Arriaga. This hotel was in a very lively area so close to restaurants bars & pintxos bars, the old town in a beautiful traditional building and quaint restaurants and all sorts of shopping.
The bed was very uncomfortable here.

The location was convenient and handy, you can visit Casco Viejo by walking. The area had a lot of restaurants and bars. When we arrived, our wheelchair accessible room with sound proofing and a gorgeous balcony plus decorated was ready.

The venue is reasonably clean, the staff is very professional and extremely helpful. Make sure to get deluxe room with bathroom, twin beds, for example. The breakfast is great with yogurt and meat, for instance, lots to choose from. A comfortable and handy location, I would like to stay there on the next trip.

Moreover, it's very close to many restaurants, shops, the old market, all the main sights, best bars and places to eat, and cafeterias, restaurants, souvenir shops, train station.

Check in was fast, I loved super location and functional rooms. The breakfast had lots of selection, the food was exceptional. Magnificent view, a big balcony, big bed, too. The staff was extremely friendly and directed me to the tourist sites in Bilbao. Small gardens on the territory. Plus their wifi was fast.

Everything was perfect! Hotel was spotlessly clean with free wifi. The breakfast was always lovely, loved it. The room was facing the town. The venue was close to the airport, 20 minutes drive.
